Shefit.com Return Policy?
Shefit.com has a 30-day return policy from the purchase date. For exchanges, a pre-paid mailing label is provided if the shipping address is within the USA. However, orders sent back for a refund will be charged $7 for return shipping. Unfortunately, return shipping labels cannot be provided for an APO/FPO address at this time.
In terms of shipping, Shefit.com ships its products both within the United States and internationally. The shipping policy may vary depending on the location. All orders are shipped from Hudsonville, Michigan USA and include a packing slip, an insert with information about the purchase, and each Shefit Sports Bra is inside a Laundry Bag.
Please note that all shipping timelines reflect order processing times (1-2 business days) and shipping times. Any order placed between October 23, 2023, and December 24, 2023, will be eligible for a return or exchange until January 31, 2024.
